Short-Term Disability (STD or WI)

Short-Term Disability (STD) coverage provides your employees with a portion of their income for a short period of time, generally 15 to 26 weeks, should they not be able to perform their job duties due to an accident or illness.

Long-Term Disability (LTD)

Long-Term Disability (STD) coverage provides your employees with a portion of their income over a longer period of time, generally more than 18 weeks, should they become unable to perform their job duties due to an accident or illness.
